Исследованы различные свойства (ферментативные активности) полученных препаратов и их структуры с применением различных методов (адсорбционная спектроскопия, динамическое светорассеивание, электронная микроскопия). Предложена структурная схема полученных композиций и механизмы взаимодействий компонентов системы для возможности научного обоснованного создания новых медицинских препаратов на основе изученных терапевтических агентов с заданными свойствами в будущем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The properties of biopolymers based on chitosan, hydrolytic enzymes and some organic compounds have been studied. Enzymatic activities of obtained materials and their structure were estimated using absorption spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, and electron microscopy.
